Description
Pertinace Dolcetto d’Alba is a Dolcetto d’Alba DOC red wine from Pertinace, a cooperative of about 20 growers based in Treiso, one of the four Langhe villages known for Barbaresco, in Piedmont, Italy. The Dolcetto grapes are fermented for 8 to 10 days in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
It is ruby red with violet reflections and shows a fruity nose with hints of berries. Serve it slightly cool with pasta, pizza, salumi or roast meats. 750 mL.
