Description
Padró & Co. Blanco Reserva is a white vermouth from Casa Padró in Bràfim, Tarragona, Spain. The house's base wine is made from Macabeo and Xarel-lo, infused with aromatic herbs and citrus peels for several months, then blended with an aged white mistela.
The producer notes star anise, lemon verbena, quina and angelica on the nose, and a smooth, slightly sweet palate with gentle bitterness and a citrus finish. It is bottled at 18% ABV.
Serve it chilled over ice with a twist of orange, or use it in a white Negroni. 750 mL.
