Pacific Coast Spirits California Wheated Bourbon is a 6-year-old single pot still bourbon made from California yellow sweet corn, hard winter wheat, and barley. This cask strength bottling comes in at 114 proof (57% ABV).

Expect caramel, vanilla, toasted oak, and honey on the nose, with butterscotch, raisin, fig, cinnamon, and nutmeg on the palate and a long, warm finish of oak, caramel, and black pepper. Sip it neat or with a splash of water.
