Process & Profile
This bourbon is slowly brought to bottling strength and released as bottled in bond at 100 proof. The eight-year maturation develops its oak and confectionery character.
Tasting Notes
Brown sugar, butterscotch and citrus aromas lead to marshmallow, crème brûlée, tobacco and nutty flavors, with vanilla and oak.
Finish
A warm, extended finish of toasted wood and baking spice, with a soft lingering sweetness.
