Old Elk Straight Rye Whiskey 100 Proof 750ml

Old Elk Straight Rye Whiskey brings a rye-forward mash bill of 95% rye and 5% malted barley to a 100-proof bottling. Developed with master distiller Greg Metze, it combines the grain’s assertive spice with a rounded, fruit-accented character. This 750ml bottle is presented at 50% ABV.

Peach, cinnamon and vanilla lead the aroma, followed by allspice, caramel and oak on the palate. The rye spice gives it enough presence for a Manhattan or Old Fashioned, while its layered fruit and sweetness also suit a neat pour or a large ice cube.
