Oak & Eden Bourbon & Spire Select 750ml

Oak & Eden Bourbon & Spire is a bourbon made from 60% corn, 36% rye and 4% malted barley and aged in charred American white oak barrels. After aging, a seasoned and toasted American oak spire is placed in each bottle, so the whiskey keeps picking up wood character on the shelf.

The producer notes honey, vanilla and caramel.

Pour it neat or over a large ice cube, or use it in an Old Fashioned. 750 mL.
