Nocheluna Sotol Blanco 700ml

Nocheluna Sotol is a wild-harvested spirit from the Chihuahuan Desert, made from the Dasylirion plant rather than agave. It is a collaboration between Maestro Vinatero Don Eduardo "Lalo" Arrieta, sotol expert Ricardo Pico, and Master Distiller Iván Saldaña of Casa Lumbre, with singer Lenny Kravitz as brand ambassador. The wild sotol plants grow 12 to 15 years before harvest, are cooked in underground pits lined with river stones, crushed, naturally fermented, and double distilled in direct-fired copper pot stills. Bottled at 86 proof (43% ABV).

A fresh, vegetal spirit with dry earth minerality and notes of citrus, cacao, mint, and wild herbs. Sip it neat, or use it in place of tequila or mezcal in a Paloma or Margarita.
