New Riff Topflight Single Barrel Bourbon No. 18437 750ml

This is a single-barrel bourbon from New Riff Distilling in Northern Kentucky, drawn from barrel No. 18437 as a Topflight selection. New Riff's single barrels use the distillery's high-rye bourbon mash and are aged at least four years. Because each barrel is bottled on its own, proof and flavor vary from barrel to barrel.

Reviewers of New Riff Single Barrel note caramel, oak and black pepper, with clove and tobacco on the palate.

Taste it neat first, then add a few drops of water. 750 mL.
