New England Barrel Company Small Batch Bourbon 99 Proof 750 ml

New England Barrel Company was founded in 2020 in Reading, Massachusetts, by James Saunders, a longtime member of the local bourbon community and barrel selector. Instead of distilling, NEBCo sources barrels from distilleries around the country, and Saunders tastes each one to decide whether it becomes a small batch blend or a single barrel release.

This Small Batch Bourbon is aged at least three years and bottled non-chill filtered at 99 proof. It's meant as an everyday pour: approachable for newer bourbon drinkers, with enough depth for seasoned palates. Expect vanilla, caramel, baking spice and honey.

Good neat, on the rocks or as a sturdy cocktail base.
