Midleton Very Rare Barry Crockett Legacy 750ml

Midleton Barry Crockett Legacy is a single pot still Irish whiskey from the Midleton Distillery in County Cork, named for Barry Crockett, Midleton's longtime master distiller. It is matured in American bourbon barrels, a mix of seasoned casks and new American oak, and bottled without an age statement at 92 proof (46% ABV).

Expect honey and vanilla on the nose with spiced apple and pear, a dry, spicy palate with red fruit, tropical fruit, and custard, and a long finish of spice and sweet biscuit. Whisky Advocate scored it 95 points. Best neat or with a few drops of water.
