Winter Wheat is a wheated bourbon from Mary Dowling Whiskey Co. in Louisville, Kentucky, the brand started by Rabbit Hole founder Kaveh Zamanian. It uses Kentucky-grown winter wheat in place of rye, ages for at least four years in toasted and #3 charred new American oak barrels, and is bottled at 91 proof (45.5% ABV).

The producer notes ripe cherry, caramel, roasted nuts and honey. Sip it neat, over ice or in an Old Fashioned. 750 mL.
