Lucky Seven Spirits, co-founded by Michael Lahalih and John Pals, hand-selects and blends Kentucky straight bourbons under master blender Ashley Barnes. The Holiday Toast is its limited seasonal release, built for sipping by the fire.

This double oak Kentucky straight bourbon gets a second stay in heavily toasted new American oak barrels and is bottled at 115 proof. Lucky Seven describes caramel, orange blossom and toasted vanilla on the nose, then holiday spice, Christmas cake and graham cracker on the palate, with a finish of nutmeg and a hint of mint chocolate. Whisky Advocate rated it 91 points.
