Description
La Venenosa Costa de Jalisco 15th Anniversary is a limited bottling of La Venenosa's Costa raicilla, made by Don Alberto "Beto" Hernández in Cabo Corrientes on the Jalisco coast. It is made from Maguey Amarillo (Agave rhodacantha) and Chico Aguiar (Agave angustifolia) and double distilled in a wooden Filipino-style still. It is bottled at 47.6% ABV (95.2 proof).
Expect roasted agave, pineapple and tropical fruit with citrus, herbs and a mineral, peppery finish. Sip it neat at room temperature from a copita. 750 mL.
