Knob Creek 9yr Independence Edition 750ml

Knob Creek 9 Year USA 250th Anniversary Bourbon Limited Edition is a commemorative release of Knob Creek's flagship expression — the same 9-year-aged, 100-proof Kentucky straight bourbon in a limited patriotic bottle created to mark the United States' 250th anniversary in 2026.

Knob Creek was launched in 1992 by Jim Beam Master Distiller Booker Noe as part of the small batch bourbon collection — a deliberate return to the pre-Prohibition style of bourbon that prioritized age, proof, and full flavor over the lighter, lower-proof mainstream bourbons that dominated the post-war American market. At 9 years and 100 proof, Knob Creek has more maturation depth and more whiskey presence than standard 80-proof bourbons: the seasoned oak and deep caramel sweetness of nine years in barrel, the full body of 100 proof, and the warm baking spice that makes it one of the most trusted everyday bourbons for serious drinkers. The 250th anniversary bottle is a patriotic collector presentation of the standard expression — same whiskey, different occasion.
