Jypsi Legacy Batch 001 750 ml

Whiskey Jypsi Legacy Batch 001, known as The Journey, is the first Legacy release from Outsiders Spirits, the company co-founded by country artist Eric Church. It blends 70% seven- and eight-year-old Indiana bourbon, 21% 20-year-old Canadian rye, and 9% four-year-old Indiana single malt, bottled at 115 proof (57.5% ABV).

Reviewers note honey, butter, baking spice, lemon zest, and stone fruit on the nose, with salted caramel, cherry, maple, toffee, and tobacco on the palate and a long finish of oak, toffee, cocoa, and vanilla. Try it neat, then with a few drops of water.
