Justin Sauvignon Blanc 2021 750 ml

JUSTIN Vineyards & Winery is best known for its Paso Robles reds, but its Central Coast Sauvignon Blanc has become a go-to white for anyone who likes their wine crisp, fruity and refreshing. The 2021 vintage is 100% Sauvignon Blanc, made to showcase bright fruit and lively acidity.

The grapes are whole-cluster pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks, with no malolactic fermentation, which keeps the wine fresh and zippy rather than creamy. In the glass it shows pale straw color and aromas of ripe Eureka lemon, peach, nectarine skin and passionfruit with a fresh herbal lift.

On the palate, citrus and green apple lead into passionfruit and herbs, finishing with a mineral edge and bright acidity. Serve it well chilled alongside halibut ceviche, grilled salmon or goat cheese toasts with prosciutto and fig.
