Few bottles are as recognizable as Jim Beam's white label. The Beam family has been making whiskey in Kentucky since Jacob Beam sold his first barrels around 1795, and the brand takes its name from James B. Beam, who rebuilt the distillery in Clermont after Prohibition.

Jim Beam Kentucky Straight Bourbon is aged a minimum of four years in new charred American oak and bottled at 80 proof. That time in the barrel gives it an easy, mellow character with soft vanilla and oak, the familiar profile that has made it a global standard.
