Jade Esprit Edouard Absinthe Supérieure 750ml

Jade Esprit Edouard is an absinthe verte that T.A. Breaux recreated from sealed antique bottles of the Belle Époque Edouard Pernod absinthe. It is distilled at the historic Combier distillery in Saumur, France, from a wine-based eau-de-vie with whole wormwood, anise and fennel, and it is colored naturally with herbs. It is bottled at 72% ABV (144 proof).

Expect anise, fennel and alpine herbs with wormwood, cumin and coriander, louching to a cloudy yellow-green. Prepare it the traditional way with 3 to 4 parts ice-cold water dripped over a sugar cube. 750 mL.
