Hirsch The Horizon Straight Bourbon Whiskey 750ml

Hirsch The Horizon is a straight bourbon from Hirsch Selected Whiskeys, blended from bourbons distilled in Lawrenceburg, Indiana, and bottled at 46% ABV, or 92 proof. There is no age statement. The first batch combined a traditional bourbon mash with a small share of high-rye bourbon, both aged more than five years.

Each batch is identified on the bottle, with its specifications on the back label. Drinkhacker noted toasted marshmallow, nutty and grassy notes with a dry finish. Pour it neat, with a splash of water or over ice. 750 mL.
