Description

Herout Micro Cuvée No. 1 is a certified organic cidre from Maison Herout in the Cotentin AOP of Normandy, France. It is made with Rouge de Cantepie and other local apples, then aged about three months in oak barrels that previously held Calvados before resting in bottle.

The producer describes it as orange-yellow in color and very fruity, with a calm, refined style.

Serve it chilled with cheese, pork or crepes. 750 mL.
