Green River Distilling Co. in Owensboro, Kentucky, operating as DSP-KY-10, revived one of the state's historic whiskey names. This Full Proof release takes the distillery's Kentucky straight wheated bourbon recipe and bottles it at barrel strength, with no additional finishing.

The wheat in the mash bill softens the grain profile, letting rich caramel and vanilla crème take center stage. Bright tangerine and warm cinnamon add lift and spice, and the finish carries soft wheat sweetness with the depth you expect from full-proof bourbon, while staying remarkably smooth for its strength.
