Garrison Brothers Guadalupe 127.2 Proof 750ml

Garrison Brothers Guadalupe is a Texas straight bourbon made from Texas-sourced corn, soft red winter wheat, and barley, aged four years in American white oak and then finished for two more years in tawny port casks imported from Portugal. This bottling is 127.2 proof (63.6% ABV), well above the standard 107 proof release.

Garrison Brothers notes charred wood, tobacco smoke, dark chocolate, and dried fig on the nose, with ripe plums, fresh berries, toasted coffee beans, chocolate, and cinnamon on the palate and a lingering finish of honey, smoked spice, and charred mesquite. At this strength, add a few drops of water or a single ice cube.
