Description
Boot Flask is the 375ml version of Garrison Brothers' Small Batch bourbon from Hye, Texas, sized to be portable and, as the name suggests, to fit right into your boot. Founder Dan Garrison called it the bottle for the concert on Friday, the football game on Saturday and church on Sunday.
Garrison Brothers grinds grain fresh daily, cooks a sweet mash in small batches and ages the whiskey in new American white oak through hot Texas summers. The distillery describes Golden Delicious apple, honey and cinnamon on the nose; tart orange candy, lemon gumdrops and pound cake on the palate; and a long finish moving from smoky tobacco to caramel apple and walnuts.
