Description

Etter Quince Eau-de-Vie is a Swiss fruit brandy from Zug, distilled from fermented quince, with more than 16 pounds of fruit going into each bottle. The brandy rests for years in glass demijohns before bottling and is bottled at 41% ABV.

Expect quince, rose, honeydew melon and bright citrus. Sip it neat, add club soda for an aperitif or splash it into sparkling wine. 375 mL.
