Engine Organic Gin 750ml

Engine is an Italian gin created by Paolo Dalla Mora, made with organic ingredients on an organic wheat base. Its botanicals include Tuscan juniper, sage from Alta Langa, Sicilian lemon, Calabrian licorice root and Damask rose, which are infused and then vacuum distilled in a copper still. It comes in a bottle styled like a motor oil can and is bottled at 42% ABV.

Expect juniper, sage and lemon with licorice and rose. Use it in a gin and tonic or a negroni. 750 mL.
