El Dorado Single Barrel Demerara 750 ml

El Dorado Single Barrel is a Demerara rum from Demerara Distillers' Diamond Distillery in Guyana, made from molasses and distilled on one of the company's historic stills: the Port Mourant double wooden pot still, the Enmore wooden Coffey still or the Savalle column still. The label names the still. It is bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof).

Expect rich molasses and dried fruit, with pepper, spice or cane sweetness depending on the still. Sip it neat or with a single ice cube. 750 mL.
