Process & Profile
The producer blends distillates from its EHP Wooden Coffey, Metal Coffey, Port Mourant Double Wooden Pot and Versailles Single Wooden Pot stills. This 15 year old expression reflects Guyana's heritage of rum distillation and oak aging.

Tasting Notes
Dark coffee, candied orange, almond, cocoa and vanilla aromas lead into grilled tropical fruit and gentle oak spice on a moderately full-bodied palate.

Finish
An earthy, peat-like character from the Port Mourant still carries into the finish. Serve neat or over ice for slow sipping.
