Eden Mill The Guard Bridge 700 ml

The Guard Bridge is a blended malt Scotch whisky from Eden Mill in St Andrews, created by Head Distiller Scott Ferguson. It takes its name from the 15th-century Guard Bridge that links St Andrews with the village of Guardbridge, a fitting symbol for a whisky that brings two regional styles together.

Lowland single malts, including Eden Mill's own St Andrews single malt, bring a sweet, grassy, and light character, while Highland malts add robust spice and fruit. The blend is then finished in casks that previously held Eden Mill single malt, tying the whole thing back to the distillery.

Bottled at 46% ABV without chill filtration and at natural colour, it has plenty of texture for sipping neat or with a drop of water, and it also makes a lively base for a Penicillin or a Highball.
