Dry Fly Gin 750 ml

Dry Fly Gin is a Northwest-style gin from Dry Fly Distilling in Spokane, Washington, the first grain-to-glass distillery to open in Washington since Prohibition. It is built on a wheat-based spirit from Eastern Washington and flavored with local botanicals, including Washington Fuji apples, mint, hops, and lavender, plus traditional coriander and juniper. Bottled at 80 proof (40% ABV).

Light and crisp, with floral lavender, green apple, and honeysuckle, a touch of pine, and flavors of peach, vanilla, and lime peel. The juniper is present but doesn't dominate. Good in a gin and tonic, a Gimlet, or a Martini.
