Dovetail White Dove Grain Spirit 750ml

Dovetail White Dove is a clear grain spirit from Dovetail Distillery in Mound House, Nevada. Its unaged style puts the grain character at the forefront, with notes of fresh grass, toasted oats and black pepper. A rounded texture and a gentle sweetness balance the spice, offering a distinctive alternative to more neutral clear spirits.

Presented in a 750ml bottle at 40% ABV, White Dove is suited to both tasting and creative cocktails. Try a small pour neat to explore its grain-led flavors, or pair it with citrus and a light mixer. Stone fruit and floral ingredients can also complement its peppery, subtly sweet character.
