DORE Oat Mash Vodka 700ml

DORÉ is a French vodka distilled from an oat mash and produced in Normandy. Using oats rather than the more common wheat or potato gives it a distinctive, soft grain character.

Competition judges have noted grain and pear skin aromas with earthy complexity, and a dry, pear-forward finish that echoes eau de vie. The 2026 USA Spirits Ratings awarded it a Silver Medal with 88 points, describing candied pear and floral aromas, a silky palate with grainy spice and light cocoa, and a smooth, lingering finish. Try it chilled and neat to let the pear and grain notes come through, or in a simple vodka tonic.
