Dewar's White Label Scotch 750 ml

Dewar's White Label has been a fixture of the Scotch world since 1899, when Master Blender A.J. Cameron created the recipe for John Dewar & Sons. It remains one of the best-selling Scotch whiskies in America, and its heart is Aberfeldy, the Highland single malt distillery the Dewar family built.

Bottled at 80 proof, it is a light, approachable blend. The nose offers honey, heather and a touch of new leather with soft fruit and floral notes. On the palate come toasty malt, toffee and fudge with gentle ginger and black pepper spice, finishing with lightly smoky vanilla, caramelized apple and a little more pepper.

That easy balance is why it is so often poured in a highball. Top it with chilled soda water or ginger ale over ice, or reach for it when making a Rob Roy or a Penicillin.
