Desert Door Texas Sotol 750ml

Desert Door Texas Sotol is made in Driftwood, Texas, near Austin, from wild-harvested sotol (Dasylirion wheeleri), a desert plant related to but distinct from agave. Crews harvest the plants in West Texas, and the hearts are shredded, pressure-steamed for three days and pressed before fermentation and distillation. It is bottled at 80 proof (40% ABV).

Sip it neat or over ice, or use it in place of tequila in a Margarita or Ranch Water. 750 mL.
