DeGroff Bitter Aperitivo 700ml

DeGroff Bitter Aperitivo is an Italian-style bitter liqueur created by bartender Dale DeGroff and spirits expert Ted Breaux in collaboration with Clear Creek Distillery. Made in Oregon from natural botanical ingredients, it brings together fruits, roots, flowers and leaves.

Its bold, bittersweet character is designed to add depth and balance to cocktails. This 700ml bottle is 25% ABV, or 50 proof. Use it in a Negroni or Americano, combine it with Prosecco and soda for a spritz, or serve over ice with a splash of sparkling water and orange peel.
