Cygnet Gin 77 Cask aged Welsh Dry Gin 750 ml

Cygnet 77 is a cask-aged Welsh dry gin built on the recipe of Cygnet 22, which uses 22 botanicals including chamomile, heather, citrus peel, and bee pollen. The gin is rested with Manuka honey in ex-Welsh whisky barrels, which gives it a golden amber color. Bottled at 88 proof (44% ABV).

Expect juniper, citrus peel, and chamomile on the nose, with Manuka honey sweetness, heather, and whisky-cask richness on the palate and a long finish of spice and light oak. Made mainly for sipping neat or on the rocks, it also works in a Negroni.
