Cygnet 22 Hand-Crafted Welsh Dry Gin (Manuka Honey) 700ml

Cygnet 22 is a Welsh dry gin founded in 2022 by mezzo-soprano Katherine Jenkins OBE and distilled in Swansea by sixth-generation distiller Chris Sadler. The name comes from its recipe of 22 botanicals, among them chamomile, bee pollen and Manuka honey, which gives the gin its notably soft finish.

The nose is floral and fresh, with blossom and meadow notes. On the palate, juniper leads the way, joined by gentle chamomile, warm spice, vanilla and caramelised honey. The finish is smooth, soft and long. Bottled at 44% ABV, it has enough strength to carry through a mixer without losing its character.

Try it in a dry martini to show off the botanicals, over ice, or in a classic gin and tonic garnished with a citrus wheel. A distinctive bottle for gin lovers looking for something beyond the usual London dry.
