Crafthouse Cocktails was founded by James Beard Award-winning bartender Charles Joly to put bar-quality cocktails in a can. The Paloma follows the Mexican classic closely, mixing blanco tequila with sparkling grapefruit soda and lime.

Poured over ice, it tastes remarkably close to a freshly made Paloma: tart grapefruit, a squeeze of lime, and a lively, vegetal tequila backbone, all carried by gentle carbonation. At 12% ABV, each can holds a little more than a standard drink, so it is best enjoyed over ice rather than straight from the can.

Chill the four-pack, pour into a salt-rimmed glass with ice, and add a grapefruit wedge for a finished cocktail with no shaking required.
