Castle & Key Wheated Cask Strength Bourbon 7 year 750ml

Castle & Key Wheated Cask Strength is a 7-year-old wheated bourbon distilled at Castle & Key in Frankfort, Kentucky, from barrels laid down in the distillery's first year of production. The mash bill is 73% white corn, 10% white winter wheat and 17% malted barley, and it is bottled straight from the barrel at cask strength. It is the distillery's oldest age-stated release.

The distillery notes orange zest, baked peach, pastry dough and walnut, with an oatmeal cinnamon cookie finish.

Sip it neat or with a splash of water. 750 mL.
