Casamigos Blanco 750 ml

Casamigos Blanco is the tequila that George Clooney and Rande Gerber first made for themselves and their friends before sharing it with everyone else. It is crafted from 100% Blue Weber agave grown for seven to nine years in the rich clay soil of the Jalisco Highlands.

The agave piñas are roasted in traditional brick ovens for 72 hours, far longer than the quick steaming used by many producers. The juice then ferments for 80 hours with a proprietary yeast blend, well beyond the usual 48, which helps build its soft, rounded character.

On the nose expect citrus and sweet agave; the palate is fruit forward with vanilla and grapefruit and a long, smooth finish. It is easy to sip neat or on the rocks and makes a clean, crowd-pleasing margarita or paloma.
