Caravedo Mosto Verde Pisco 750ml

Caravedo Mosto Verde is an acholado pisco from Hacienda La Caravedo in Peru's Ica Valley, a distillery founded in 1684. It blends Quebranta, Torontel, Italia and Albilla grapes, each distilled from partially fermented juice in copper pot stills to keep more fruit and aroma.

It is distilled to proof with no added water, sugar or wood, and rests at least a year before bottling at 43% ABV. Expect melon, grape, cinnamon and orange blossom.

Sip it neat or use it in a Pisco Sour. 750 mL.
