Calumet Farm 12 Year Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey 750mL

Calumet Farm 12 Year is a Kentucky straight bourbon from the Single Rack Black series, named for the Versailles, Kentucky, thoroughbred farm with eight Kentucky Derby winners. It is aged 12 years, made from a mash bill of 74% corn, 18% rye, and 8% malted barley, and bottled at 102 proof (51% ABV).

Expect vanilla, toasted oak, caramel, and light rye spice on the nose, followed by caramel, baking spice, smoky oak, and dark cherry on the palate and a finish of lingering oak and spice. Sip it neat or with a few drops of water.
