Bushmills 10 Year Single Malt 750ml

Bushmills 10 Year Old is an Irish single malt from the Old Bushmills Distillery in County Antrim, Northern Ireland, licensed to distill in 1608. It is triple distilled from 100% malted barley and matured for at least ten years in a combination of bourbon-seasoned and Oloroso sherry casks. Bottled at 80 proof (40% ABV).

Honey, ripe tropical fruit, and vanilla on the nose. The palate is soft and velvety, with vanilla bean, mocha, dried apricot, and toasty oak, and the finish is crisp, clean, and long. Serve it neat, over ice, or, as the distillery suggests, over two ice cubes in summer.
