Burnt Church Confession Chapter 1 Original Sin Bourbon 750ml

Confession Chapter 1, Original Sin, is a five-year-old straight bourbon selected by Burnt Church Distillery. The producer is open about sourcing this whiskey, choosing barrels for their flavor and depth. Its mash bill combines 70% corn, 21% rye and 9% barley.

Caramel and toasted oak lead into dark fruit, vanilla and warming spice. This limited-edition 750ml bottle is 52.5% ABV, or 105 proof, with a long finish that rewards an unhurried pour. Enjoy neat or with a little water to explore its layers.
