Burnt Church Anita's Choice is a six-grain bourbon from Burnt Church Distillery in Bluffton, South Carolina. The mash bill combines corn, rye, wheat, malted barley, oats and Carolina Gold rice. It is bottled at 97 proof (48.5% ABV).

The bourbon is named for Anita Pollitzer, a Lowcountry figure whose choices opened doors for the women who followed her.

Sip it neat or over a large ice cube. 750 mL.
