Bulleit Bourbon Barrel Strength 750 ml

Bulleit Bourbon Barrel Strength is the uncut, non-chill-filtered version of Bulleit's Kentucky straight bourbon, bottled straight from the barrel with no water added. It uses the same distinctly high-rye mash bill as the flagship Bulleit Bourbon; it is distilled in Kentucky, then aged and bottled at the historic Stitzel-Weller site in Louisville.

Bulleit describes a medium-amber whiskey with gentle spice and sweet oak on the nose, a palate of maple, oak and nutmeg, and a long, dry, satiny finish with light toffee and deepened oak.

Because it is released in batches straight from the barrel, proof varies by batch, generally falling between about 120 and 125 proof. Add a splash of water to open it up.
