Bozal Jamón Ibérico Sacrificio Mezcal 750ml

Bozal Jamón Ibérico is a Sacrificio-style mezcal from Río de Ejutla, Oaxaca, made with Espadín, Mexicano and Tobasiche agaves. During the final distillation, cooked pork shoulder, aromatic herbs, spices and seasonal fruit contribute to its distinctive savory character.

Lime and grapefruit aromas meet a hint of tropical banana, followed by a full, textured palate and a delicate floral note. Sip slowly to explore the interplay of agave, smoke, fruit and savory flavors.

Presented in Bozal's brown ceramic bottle, this 750ml expression is bottled at 47% ABV, or 94 proof.
