Bombay Sapphire London Dry Gin 1.75L

Bombay Sapphire is a London dry gin made by vapor infusion: the spirit vapor passes through ten botanicals held above the still, including juniper, lemon peel, coriander, orris root, almond and cubeb. It is distilled at Laverstoke Mill in Hampshire, England, and the US bottling is 47% ABV (94 proof).

Expect juniper, lemon zest, coriander and a peppery finish. Use it in a gin and tonic or a martini. 1.75 L.
