Blue Ice Organic Wheat 750 ml

Blue Ice Organic Wheat Vodka is made from certified organic Idaho winter wheat and distilled by Distilled Resources, Inc. in Rigby, Idaho. The water comes from the Snake River Aquifer, drawn from a 200-foot well after filtering naturally through volcanic rock beneath the Grand Teton range.

Four-column fractional distillation and a five-stage filtration give the master distiller close control over impurities, and the result is a clean, smooth wheat vodka. Wine Enthusiast noted a faint grapefruit-peel note, finishing with pepper, coriander and spicy ginger.

It is non-GMO with no added sugar, and it works equally well chilled and neat or as the base for a martini, mule or vodka soda.
