Bimini Overproof Gin 750ml

Bimini Overproof Gin is made by Round Turn Distilling in Biddeford, Maine, from the same corn-based distillate and botanicals as the original Bimini Gin, including juniper, grapefruit peel, Mt. Hood hops and coriander. It is bottled unfiltered at 111 proof (55.5% ABV), a strength at which the botanical oils stay in solution.

The producer notes bolder juniper up front and more defined hops on the mid-palate.

Use it in a gimlet or a martini. 750 mL.
