Bimini Coconut Gin 750ml

Bimini Coconut Gin is made by Round Turn Distilling in Biddeford, Maine. The original Bimini Gin, distilled from American corn, is fat-washed with organic, Fair Trade extra virgin coconut oil, which is chilled and strained out. No flavor extracts are used, and it is bottled at 94 proof (47% ABV).

The distillery describes the coconut as natural and dry, balanced by juniper, hops and grapefruit.

Mix it with tonic or use it in a gin daiquiri. 750 mL.
